Return Policy
- Unopened items are returnable-as long as an RMA is requested within 7 days of receipt of item. To request an RMA, please contact us. Items can ONLY be returned with an RMA number.
- Opened items- if the product is damaged or not the item you ordered, we will send you a return shipping label to send the item back to us.
- If the item is not defective but does not satisfy your needs, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please note: Phones will only be accepted if less than 30 minutes of talk time was used.
- The following items CANNOT be returned: All Talk'n'Save Contracts (returns may be acceptable directly through Talk'n'Save.) All activated prepaid accounts also CANNOT be returned.
- FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, YOU MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
